This steep site presented several challenges to our clients brief and budget. Our approach was to propose a small home that settled into the side of the hill, stepping down gentle across the site.

A central raised courtyard links the two forms of the home, providing flat grounded outdoor space for the clients. High levels of insulation and attention to detail ensure this homes performance year round.
